English Society social a “sophisticated night out”

The English Society will be ditching the usual fancy dress and shooters routine for a more relaxed night out as they announce their second big social of the year.

The evening of Thursday October 25 will begin at the Philharmonic Pub on Hope Street from 8pm.

“Stay for a quiet drink or for the whole night, either way you’ll be in good company,” say the society.

No ticket is required, and more information can be found here.

Open meetings for the English Society take place on Mondays at 10am in the Harold Wilson Room – all welcome.
